Followed by the two afrocolombian singles ”En Estos Tiempos Peligrosos” (March 28) and ”Les Grenouilles” (TBA) which are blending old school Champeta, Congolese Rhumba and Peruvian jungle funk.
Daniel spent the Christmas holidays in Japan visiting Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo. It was an extremely inspiring trip.
He met with percussion superstar Kobayashi Mutsumi from Mumbia y sus Candelosos and Minyo Crusaders. They decided to do some songs together. These will also be released during 2025.
Hopefully some of this will end up on a vinyl!
